NSELL and 5Tool Performance of Westwood are teaming up to offer a series of clinics during this Spring 2024 season. Your players will experience a dynamic, state of the art indoor training environment as well as expert individual and group training techniques.
The 5Tool facility is located just 15 minutes south of Newton—easily accessed off of Route 128 — 200 University Ave, Westwood, MA 02090.
TeeBall players will have fun training with wiffle balls, tennis balls, and obstacle courses; keying in on developing body awareness and coordination along with other baseball-specific movements.
Farm and AA players will also have loads of fun working on the fundamentals of fielding, hitting, catching and pitching while layering on new concepts such as healthy mechanics, mobility, and arm care.
These 4 sessions, each designed to build upon the previous, will run on the following dates and times:
Teeball: Four Fridays, May 31, June 7, 14, and 21, 5:30pm -- 6:30pm
Farm 1/2: Four Saturdays, June 1, 8, 15, and 22 10:00am -- 11:30am
AA: Four Saturdays, June 1, 8, 15, and 22 12:30pm -- 2:00pm
Sessions are 60 minutes for TBall and 90 for Farm/AA; limited to 10 players per group.

Cost is $50 total for 4 Tball sessions; $75 for Farm/AA.
